- The personal data we use to manage and perform your service contract with us is processed under Article 6.1.b of the UK GDPR – ‘contract’
- We will send you marketing information about our services and offers as a legitimate interest activity per Article 6.1.f of the UK GDPR. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
If you fail to provide the information required, we will be unable to provide our services to you.
We collect data through our website analytics some of which may identify you, such as an IP address. Our Cookie Policy details the cookies we use and you can manage your preferences through our cookie consent platform.
Who are the recipients of your data?
As a general principle, we will not transfer your personal data to other recipients without your permission. There are some exceptions to this:
- It is possible, that we might be obliged to disclose personal information in response to a court order or other lawful obligation. Our lawful basis for this is Article 6.1.c -legal obligation.

We would do this as under the basis of Article 6.1.f – legitimate interest as we have a legitimate interest in developing our business.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we do use the services of other parties such as IT support subcontractors, Cyber Security experts, business administration services, web hosting and analytics and marketing specialists. We also use Cloud based services for email, documents storage and operations. These only process your data under our instructions and in accordance with Article 28 of the UK GDPR.
Do we transfer your data outside of the UK?
We hold personal data in the UK and EU. Transfers to the EU are covered by the UK/EU adequacy decision.
How long do we keep your data?
We only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including to comply with any legal obligations. For example, we will retain personal data of our clients required for HMRC audit for 7 years. Personal data used for marketing purposes will be retained also for 7 years.
